Pair Young Parakeets (Budgies) in Large Flight Cage Full of Toys (Humboldt, IA)

Rehoming pair young budgies in large flight cage full of toys.
Male is blue, female is white.
They have paired and showing signs of wanting to breed but have not given them a nest box.
Door on each end of cage for an exterior nest box.
They are healthy and active.
Must be picked up at my home as I will not take them out in the cold to meet a buyer that doesn't show, which seems to happen a lot on here.
Friend needed to find a home for personal reasons.
I took them in but my cats are plotting their demise.
Must bring a large heavy blanket to wrap around cage to take them home.
Come with over a month's worth of food.
and everything shown.
Rehoming fee of $75 that doesn't cover the cost of cage and toys.
Birds free with purchase of cage and must take them with the cage.
