Appliance Sales Specialist

Training: No experience needed, willing to train.
*Duties and responsibilities:* * Responsible for engaging retail customers and businesses through all stages of the sales process; initial contact, qualifying needs, and closing sales.
* Help previous customers with service related questions or write up a service call for a repair.
* Manage orders from point of purchase through completion.
* Develop in-store merchandising, including setup of displays, display maintenance, and related tasks.
* Unpack product for the display floor * Keep store clean and organized in a presentable manner.
* Must be able to move product weighing 50lbs or more with appliance cart.
* Required to help customers by receiving service call and scheduling service calls in a timely and organized manner.
Will also help with parts ordering and organizing.
* Additional duties as needed.
*Requirements:* *Must be friendly and customer-centric with strong organizational skills.
* Ability to locate information quickly via online searches.
* *Understand different product lines and offerings.
* * Participate in initial, and continued product training.
* Ongoing management of new and past customers.
Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred, experience selling major appliances or electronics is preferred, but not required.
*Benefits and Compensation: Compensation: This is a hourly-based position.
In addition to hourly, employees are eligible for bonuses through outside vendor spiffs.
