Hours : Tuesday-Friday 830-530, Saturday 830-330.

Job Description:
As a Parts Sales Person at RJ Powersports, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their powersports parts and accessories needs.
You will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance, identifying the right components, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
This role requires a deep understanding of powersports equipment and excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Assistance:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen to customers' needs and provide expert recommendations for parts and accessories.
Help customers find the right components and accessories for their specific powersports vehicles.
Product Knowledge:Maintain a thorough understanding of our inventory of parts, accessories, and related products.
Stay updated on the latest powersports industry trends and product releases.
Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and compatibility.
Sales and Revenue Generation:Meet or exceed sales targets for parts and accessories.
Use effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell complementary items.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle returns and warranty inquiries professionally.
Inventory Management:Maintain awareness of current inventory levels and product availability.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying relevant personnel of restocking needs.
Keep the parts and accessories area organized and well-maintained.
Customer Follow-Up:Establish post-sale follow-up procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
Address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Encourage customer feedback and reviews.
Administrative Tasks:Complete necessary paperwork, such as sales contracts, invoices, and order forms.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent (Some college education is a plus).
* Proven experience in parts and accessories sales, preferably in the powersports industry.
* A strong passion for powersports and a deep understanding of related products, components, and accessories.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with parts and accessories catalog systems, POS systems, and inventory management software is an advantage.
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
