Summary of Position:
As an Outbound Call Center Representative, your primary responsibility will be to initiate outbound calls to potential clients, engage with gatekeepers, and successfully reach decision-makers.
Your goal will be to set appointments or facilitate warm transfers, ensuring effective communication and building strong relationships with our target audience.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
* Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided contact lists.
*Navigate through gatekeepers to reach decision-makers and establish productive conversations.
* Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
*Identify and qualify leads to determine their potential as clients.
* Set appointments with decision-makers or facilitate warm transfers to the appropriate sales representative.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and outcomes in our CRM system.
* Meet or exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made, appointments set, and warm transfers completed.
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
* At LEAST one year of actual Call Center experience, working with an automatic dialer, and call scripting, is *REQUIRED FOR REMOTE CANDIDATES- NO EXCEPTIONS*
* Clear, professional, and friendly voice
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
*Persuasive and confident phone manner, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills to overcome gatekeepers.
*Ability to effectively qualify leads and identify potential opportunities.
* Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
*Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records.
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet targets.
Basic Computer Skills and computer literacy are a must
* Experience in an Outbound environment *Sales experience is preferred*
