Responsibilities:
- Assist with seasonal farm operation.
- Operate and maintain farm machinery, including tractors, mowers, and other equipment.
- Perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Assist with planting, growing, and harvesting crops.
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks as required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in operating farm machinery, such as tractors, mowers, and irrigation systems.
- Ability to perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance.
- Experience in operating heavy equipment is a plus.
- Physical strength and ability to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks.
- Knowledge of growing techniques for various crops.
