Production Line Operator | $17/hr
Monday-Friday, 6:50am-3:00pm
An established agricultural manufacturing company in Algona, IA is searching for organized, punctual team-players to join their team! The Production Line Operator will be responsible for producing great quality product while maintaining a positive cooperative working relationship with customers, community, and peers.
This is a great temp-to-hire opportunity! Individuals with prior general labor and/or production experience are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
Perform repetitive line operations to mass-produce products
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Use of knife to cut product according to specifications
Inspect finished product
Maintain production records
May work in other workstations as needed
Always promote team effort in helping others and safety first
Assist with housekeeping duties
Requirements:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Maintain regular, punctual attendance
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 75 lbs.
(Heavier lifting requires a team lift)
Ability to climb/balance/stoop/kneel/crouch or crawl
Regular or frequent xposure to heat, static shock, vibration, dust particles and rarely fumes and toxic or caustic chemicals

Starting Pay: $17/hr
