Woodruff is looking for reliable, goal-driven candidates with 3-5 years of crew lead experience to fill an opening in Spencer, Iowa.
The Metal Building Crew Lead must provide the construction knowledge, organizational and communication skills necessary to complete quality building projects profitably.
The Lead will provide oversight and efficiently execute tasks for quality construction of metal buildings, including coordinating workers, material, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding safely, on schedule and within budget.
May perform demolition work, operate heavy equipment, prepare layouts, weld, signal operators and other construction related tasks.
