Argenta is looking for an experienced Associate Finance Business Partner to join our Argenta, Fort Dodge team.
The Associate Finance Business Partner adds value through the following responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing the monthly management accounts, variance analysis and balance sheet reconciliations
Report accurate and up to date financial data on P&L's
Prepare and share with key stakeholders monthly trend analysis on key GL's
Support the Finance Business Partner to produce monthly reports and commentary
Understand cash flow at site(s), supporting the Finance Business Partner to upskill key stakeholder's understanding of key drivers ensuring positive, growing cash flows
Correctly capitalize, record and depreciate all assets on the fixed assets register
Associate Finance Business Partner requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting or relevant qualification in Finance
Minimum 2-3 years' experience with in accounts team within a commercial business
Exposure to inventory management system preferred
Highly analytical with a high level of attention to detail
Willing and able to to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
Highly organized and proficient at planning
Creative problem solving and strategic thinking
